Covenants

Ignorance of Covenants is Ignorance of Christ
Hopefully, at this point, we confidently say, “Ignorance of covenants is ignorance of Christ” because we now know more about the sacred Covenants which leads us to love Christ and his holy Bride even more. More even, we now know in our hearts the truth of what Saint Augustine said over a thousand years ago, “the New is hidden in the Old, and the Old is revealed in the New.”
Even more, I suppose, the words of Saint John continue to be just as true, if not more, than when they were first written, nearly two thousand years ago,
there are also many other things which Jesus did. Were every one of them to be written, I suppose that the world itself could not contain the data centers in which to store all that would be written.
And, for the purposes of this book, we have only offered glimpses of Christ across all the sacred Covenants, and yet, by the power of the Holy Spirit, may our hearts burst with joy at the words and teachings of our Savior, “I have not come to abolish the Law and the Prophets but to fulfill them.” He came not to abolish the Covenants, but to fulfill them and institute the New and Eternal Covenant.
Not only did he fulfill but also restore. Our Christ and Savior came to perfect and beautify all the works of God. Yes, he came to die so that we might live. He came to love and shepherd and show mercy. He came to build. Praise be to our Lord Jesus Christ always!
Come Lord, come.
